Enmu, la première Lune Inférieure, a été chargé de tuer Kamado Tanjirô pour devenir une Lune Supérieure et avoir plus sang de Muzan. Pendant ce temps, Tanjirô, Zen'itsu et Inosuke décident d'acheter des billets pour monter à bord du train de l'infini et ainsi rejoindre Rengoku Kyôjurô, le Pilier de la flamme, dans l'espoir d'en apprendre davantage sur la danse du dieu du feu.
Le pilier de la flamme est envoyé enquêter sur les disparitions dans le train de l’infini, et apprend qu’un tueur en série sévit dans les gares.
Le groupe de Tanjirô rejoint le pilier de la flamme dans le train de l’infini afin de l’aider dans sa mission, et Tanjirô en profite pour tenter d’en savoir plus sur sa nouvelle technique.
Le stratagème prudent de la septième lune a porté ses fruits. Tous les passagers du train ont été endormis et plongés dans des rêves bienheureux en attendant la mort.
Tanjirô trouve le courage de sortir du rêve, mais il se retrouve seul avec Nezuko pour protéger les passagers du train.
Rejoint par Inosuke, Tanjirô tente de trouver le point faible du démon qui a fusionné avec le train et menace de dévorer ses passagers.
La septième lune tombe, mais Tanjirô est grièvement blessé. Alors que Rengoku lui prodigue quelques conseils pour gérer ses blessures, un nouvel ennemi fait son apparition.
Le pilier de la flamme est en grande difficulté face à la troisième lune, qui lui demande à nouveau de rejoindre les rangs des démons, impressionnée par sa technique et ne souhaitant pas le voir mourir.
Following the death of Kyojurou, Tanjiro visits the Rengoku residence to send a last message to Kyojurou's brother and father. 4 months later Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke are tasked with visiting an Entertainment District along with the Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui.
Led by Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui, Tanjiro, Inosuke and Zenitsu disguise themselves so they can get hired in the Entertainment District.
A mysterious Oiran is creating havoc in the brothels but who is she?
Tanjiro and Inosuke further continue the investigation even after Uzui's disapproval of their participation in the mission.
Tanjiro continues to fight with Daki and starts using Hinokami Kagura instead of Water Breathing while Tengen saves one of his wives stuck in Daki's belt, and orders her to retreat. Inosuke, Zenitsu and Tengen's other wives fight the belt demon.
As the fight between Tanjiro and Daki continues, Daki causes immense damage to the district resulting in Tanjiro turning berserk due to rage.
As Nezuko rushes to aid Tanjiro during a critical moment, her appearance begins to gradually take on a demon form as she sustains Daki's attacks.
Putting Nezuko to rest, Tanjiro, along with Inosuke and Zenitsu, rushes to Uzui's aid, against his battle with the Upper Six Demons- Gyutaro and Daki.
Gyutaro evades Uzui and goes after Hinatsuru. Tanjiro and Uzui rush to save her, but Daki's obi blocks their way.
Tanjiro wakes up to find himself surrounded by burning debris, with Gyutaro laughing delightedly at his plight.
In the aftermath, Tanjiro and Nezuko search for the others. Suma pleads for Tengen to live. As the siblings continue their search, Tanjiro smells the scent and saw Demons arguing viciously. Gyutaro recalls his past.
